WEATHER
Do they keep out the rain and sunshine ?
EasySheds are made from high-quality Australian Manufactured Colourbond steel and keep out all types of weather. Note that there are ventilation gaps under the eaves, which reduces moisture retention and keeps the shed dry.
Will the sheds rust? How long do they last?
EasySheds are manufactured with Australian steel and are baked (painted) with 3 coats of Colourbond technology. There is a 20-year guarantee that you won't have a problem with rust or structural integrity of the shed.
What about storms and wind?
EasySheds are engineered to Australian standards and as long as they are fixed appropriately (see below). They are sold across Australia and have been tested and designed to withstand cold (snowy), hot (desert), sub tropical (stormy) conditions so you can be confident that your shed will last for many years.
Are there any shipping costs?
For online orders shipping is free!
How do you build them ?
If you purchased through the EasyShed Philippines web store, we will organize an installer who will install the shed for you at your location and arranged time. If you want to build it yourself, it comes with detailed step-by-step instructions. Parts are marked for easy identification and are simple to put together with some basic tools. We also have step-by-step videos available.
How long does it take to build them?
The sheds take approx 2-3 hours to build.
How do you fix them to the ground? What surface can they be placed on?
EasyShed can be installed on hard surfaces such as concrete, wooden decks and tiled areas. For hard surfaces, they are fixed to the ground using galvanized anchors or screws. This is essential to keep the shed steady in weather conditions.
EasyShed can also be installed on grass or dirt surfaces. In this case, the sheds are secured with ground stakes driven into the earth and attached to the shed.
You can also install flooring inside the sheds such as pre-made concrete pavers or a timber floor (not included). We recommend that you keep moisture-sensitive items off the floor, particularly on grass and dirt.
Can you lock the shed ?
All EasySheds come with a slide bolt / catch with a space to insert a padlock (not included).
Are there any bigger or different sizes ?
EasyShed Australia manufactures many sizes and colors. Special orders can be completed with required minimum order quantities. Just ask us on messenger - we are here to help!
Can I back order an item that is out of stock?
Yes we will have regular shipments of sheds, so if we don't have the size or color you want, you can back order to secure your shed on the next delivery. Just contact us via the Messenger app.
SHIPPING POLICY
A typical order is delivered within 3 – 5 business days upon payment of your order.
Once you have placed an order, you may receive a series of status messages:
1. Awaiting Payment - We have received your order details and are awaiting payment via Bank Deposit
2. Payment Received - We have received your payment (usually updated within 24 hours)
3. Order Shipped - Your order has been shipped and will arrive in 2 - 3 days
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the Metro Manila area. We will expand to other parts of the Philippines so please message us your location if you are interested.
Can you ship outside the Philippines?
Shipping outside the Philippines is currently not available but please contact us through Messenger to inquire.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes. You may use credit cards that have not been issued from the Philippines to pay for your order. However, the shipping address must always be a Philippine address.
Can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number once available but please feel free to contact us through Messenger to follow-up. In addition, we will also send you update e-mails once your order has been shipped.
RETURNS POLICY
What is your Returns policy?
We do not permit returns. If there is a quality issue with your shed, please contact us.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY What payment methods are accepted?
We accept deposit payments via BPI Bank Deposit. We also accept all major credit cards via Paypal.
Is it safe to purchase over the internet?
Yes, there is no reason to worry of losing personal information when you pay online through PayPal. The entire process will be running on a 128 bit SSL protocol over the Internet.
